Built by Victoria.
For Victoria.

A 43-member community Bond Action Committee designed this plan. The VISD Board approved it unanimously. Here is what a YES vote delivers.

01
Tax Rate
Lowest Tax Rate in 30 Years
VISD's current rate of $0.8035 is the lowest in three decades. The bond adds an estimated $0.21 per $100 of taxable value, phased in over several years. For a $100K taxable home, that is roughly $17.50 per month. Homeowners 65 and older are not affected.
02
Safety
Safer Schools for Every Kid
Our students and teachers deserve to feel safe every day. This bond funds districtwide security upgrades, controlled door access, and modern lighting across all 18 campuses, building a Victoria we can all be proud of.
03
Facilities
World-Class Facilities That Signal Growth
When families decide where to live, schools matter. Modernized campuses at Patti Welder, STEM MS, Torres, and Vickers signal to the region that Victoria is growing, investing, and building something worth staying for.
04
STEM Academy
A STEM Academy Built for Tomorrow
The new 56-classroom Smith STEM Academy gives Victoria students a direct path to high-demand careers and gives local employers the trained workforce they need to grow here, not somewhere else.
05
Accountability
Your Tax Dollars, Protected by Law
Bond funds are legally restricted to buildings and infrastructure only. Not salaries. Not operations. Built by 43 community members. Approved unanimously by the VISD Board. Your neighbors designed this investment, not bureaucrats.
06
VISD Employees
Built for the People Who Show Up
VISD's teachers, staff, and administrators already do great things for Victoria kids. A YES vote gives them the facilities to match. Better buildings. Safer campuses. A community that shows up for the people who show up for our students.
